Return (REFUND POLICY) Policy

ViewFollower RETURN CONDITIONS (REFUND POLICY)

As stated in the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, products with damaged or tampered original packaging, products damaged due to any use, single-use products, copyable games, software, products delivered in digital format, and the return of programs are not accepted. For other return requests, the following should be noted when you wish to return the product you ordered for any reason after receiving it:

ViewFollower does not issue refunds except for the reasons listed below:

1- Incompletion of the order (Within 72 Hours) 2- Partial delivery of the order 3- Incorrect delivery of the order

Refunds requested for reasons other than the three listed above are not accepted. Incomplete, incorrect, or unfulfilled orders are recalculated and reshipped.

For orders placed on ViewFollower, only use payment methods that are legally yours. The site management does not accept responsibility for payments made to our site and will cancel orders placed using stolen cards or similar means. Additionally, ViewFollower management reserves the right to file a complaint against such individuals.

Our site is not responsible for delays/disruptions caused by updates made by social media platforms. Since no one knows when or under what conditions the updates will occur, ViewFollower does not accept any liability in this regard. Following the update, the site management reserves the right to hold and refund orders. The order holding period is entirely at the discretion of the site management, and the customer accepts this upon placing the order.

Orders cannot be fulfilled if there is incomplete or incorrect information in the form you filled out in the order section. It is essential to fill out the section related to your account carefully. Otherwise, your order will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

Return requests from customers whose orders have been processed will not be accepted. Place your order only when you are fully decided.

Ensure your account is public when placing orders on ViewFollower. Transfers to private accounts are not made, and such orders will be canceled without a refund. There is no refund policy.

ViewFollower reserves the right to cancel orders that do not receive positive feedback from the management. Orders for accounts with +18 or prohibited content will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

Orders from individuals defaming our site on different platforms will be canceled. In addition, the fee collected by the site management will not be refunded. Customers accept this clause when placing an order.

The clauses in the refund policy can be changed, added, or removed without notifying the customer. Customers placing orders on the site are deemed to have accepted these clauses without question.

The customer bears all responsibility for orders placed on ViewFollower that are not completed before purchasing the same service from a different company and/or site.

ViewFollower has the right to cancel your order in the event of any legal and/or payment provider rejection or request.

Users (Customers) are obliged to ensure that the information they provide to ViewFollower is accurate and up-to-date. ViewFollower cannot be held responsible for problems arising from this and no refunds/returns will be made.
